看到一對斷食文其實蠻煩的
過度的清淡,過度的減糖,過度的節食,過度斷食
都是很難長久的飲食方式
人基本上一定會有各種味覺的慾望,只是控制
跟慾望的強烈度問題
適當的飲食,均衡的飲養,安全的健身習慣
才能長久經營自己的身體
俗話健身,就是健康的身體
這兩個版看到太多可怕的斷食惹.............
回歸本題,如果一次想準備6天份的餐點
最少需要18個餐盒,這樣既方便,在冰箱又不容易變味道
只要拿出來加熱就好
不過看到網路上說樂扣的玻璃電鍋加熱會破?
PE得缺點就是不能直接加熱
