此梯次預計招收人數10人
以我方便排課為優先,並非先填寫的優先
所以請先確認自己時間是否配合的上 再做填寫
重點是帶你入門、了解基礎知識(動作、器材、心態)
之後你就知道如何選擇適合你的健身房以及教練
我是想仿效館長推廣重訓,所以對於新手我願意花時間教導
對重訓已經上手的就不需要報名了
畢竟我不是專業教練,在我這學不到太厲害的東西der

一、 招收對象:
健身新手
對動作、肌群、器材使用尚不了解者
或者有打算開始健身不知從何下手者
二、 上課模式:
每天一對二,帶著你們跟我一起練
四週課程分別訓練部位為 胸 背 腿 肩手
三、開課時間:
1/23(一)起,為期一個月,每週固定一天上課
(ex:勾選星期一,即代表固定每週一上課)
每週一到週五晚上八點-十點;週六晚上七點-九點
*因第四週有遇到過年,可延後一週上課
四、地點:
捷運新埔站附近(走路五分鐘可達)
五、費用:全免,自備熱誠的心
