我是採一天健走一天重訓
飲食大多以蔬食為主
兩個月下來肌肉掉的比脂肪還多XD
第一個問題
雖然是差個幾百克 會不會也可能是機器誤差?
第二個問題
其實比起體脂肌肉我比較在意臟脂
畢竟10真的有點高,
有沒有健身和飲食上的建議?

昨天的餐點
早餐:鷹嘴豆醬貝果一個 豆漿400cc一杯
中餐:火龍果一顆 costco雞肉沙拉1/4份(蛋黃醬少量) 無糖拿鐵一杯
晚餐:健身教練開的餐廳提供的雞肉五穀飯 豆漿400cc一杯
運動採一天健走一天重訓
昨天是去附近的小山步道健走一小時
今早去健身房一小時
捲腹36kg 背部下拉32kg 坐姿划船32kg 胸推23kg 腿部推舉63kg
都做個100下 大概是這樣 如果還有剩餘時間就用飛輪阻力30耗掉...
