最近去量了inbody

三餐內容:
早餐:
50g糙米
200~300g綠色蔬菜(高麗菜、小白菜等)
150g~200g雞胸肉或是雞腿肉、豬肉火鍋肉片等
午餐:
因為忙加上不太方便吃
最近大概只吃兩顆水煮蛋
晚餐:
基本上跟早餐標準完全一樣
因為早餐就是晚餐煮完吃剩的(掩面)
運動習慣:
目前大概就是每天會用走的去健身跟工作
大致上一天都走差不多6000步
一周會去健身房大概三四次
每次都專心做重訓跟核心
重訓目前做深蹲跟大腿開闔、機器式的拉桿等
核心是做挺腰跟仰臥起坐
健身房大概會做大約兩個小時
放假沒下雨會去爬山大約2~3小時
我的問題:
想知道這樣的狀況如果想繼續減脂是不是有什麼需要調整的?
因為最近有點進入撞牆期了,想知道有什麼能更改進的方法。
