想問增重菜單 - 健身

嗨大家午安
自從開始工作之後就比較少注意到飲食,這一兩年體重掉了六公斤左右。
目前身高178體重70,打球時感覺身體對碰撞的耐受性下降,因此想要試著吃回到75公斤左右。
最近一次量基代是1900出頭,體脂肪約莫在11%左右。
因此我想先從一天攝取2500~2700大卡開始
看看一個禮拜之後體重有沒有變化
上一個禮拜飲食大概是這樣:
早餐:一杯牛奶/一顆水果
午餐:全聯買一棵花椰菜/一盒雞胸肉丟水煮
晚餐:一碗飯/配炒青菜/看家裡煮什麼肉
我想這樣子應該是不夠的,也有嘗試用甜食快速累積熱量,但我的身體對糖蠻反感的,只要吃得太甜喉嚨或其他地方就容易有發炎反應,吃炸物則是容易長痘痘。
因此想問問看有沒有什麼經濟實惠又比較方便健康的食物推薦,可以讓我一天吃到足夠的熱量,如果參考後嘗試的成果不錯,將會再把我實測的菜單po上來。
