insanity第一天..超乎我想像 - 健身

妹妹買了insanity的dvd , 平常有慢跑習慣(一個禮拜至少四天 一次40分鐘~一小時)的我
想說拿來試一下,就放了第一天用的fit test來跑跑看
影片一開始,沒有什麼廢話,螢幕下方就有個30分鐘倒數的計量條。
好像在打電動一樣,總之就是撐完這30分鐘就對了
我以為很簡單,結果硬跟著做到最後十分鐘
我直接累到當場躺下,邊喘邊摸著我快爆炸的腿,然後我就睡著了(直接邊喘邊流汗邊睡)
真的是超過我想像的累,尤其是一些動作真的快把我大腿弄爆了
我的疑問是,insanity本身是接近HIIT的訓練嗎 ?
他的動作一套大約都是一分鐘,一分鐘操完就休息一分鐘,再操下一個動作一分鐘
而每個動作在做的時候,我很確定我的心跳絕對是有到90%以上的快(再快要死去了)
爬了不少有關HIIT的文,感覺性質非常相似 ?
想請問也做過insanity的板友們...
