myprotein的菊粉 - 健身

最近為了減脂開始計算營養組成
(為了方便計算都自己秤重自己煮)
目前大概一天是蛋白質110.97g(26%)
脂肪60.66g(32%)
碳水176.48g(41%)
不過目前遇到的問題是
雖然把飯換成了糙米飯
一天一包青江菜(250g)和金針菇(180g)
這樣一整天下來膳食纖維也才13g左右
達不到建議值最低的20g
而現在這樣的蔬菜量已經讓我覺得已經要嚼很久了
再多的話一餐不曉得要花多少時間進食
看到myprotein的菊粉好像沒有很貴又有很多膳食纖維
(每5g就有4.4g)
感覺蠻心動的
想問問有板友有吃過的經驗可以分享嗎?
