體重是階梯式下降嗎? - 健身

不知道大家體重是平穩下降(兩三天少0.1公斤慢慢下降)
還是固定在一個值浮動,突然有一天下降,又開始停滯,有一天又突然下降?
減脂進行到現在,發現體重如果這天量都在49.5上下浮動(一天早中晚各量一次),突然
有一天會變成48開頭,然後就一直維持在48了,就算在吃飽喝水後測也是48.多,但明明
前天還在49-50浮動~
然後又會有一陣子卡住不動(大概是1-2星期)
突然有一天會變47.多
這樣應該也算是平穩下降,但其實比較偏階梯式的感覺?
因為原本我以為體重曲線應該是一個稍微有波動但整體下滑的曲線,但其實現況是階梯式
的所以覺得蠻有趣。
大家的如何呢?
