(用PTT這麼久才知道居然有這麼好的版QQ)借男友帳號發文
對不起各位版眾,阿嬸我想冒昧請教一些小小的問題
首先,七八年前因為一些因素從65瘦到42,耗時兩年,是很健康的無氧+有氧+飲食控制
當時雖然沒測體脂,但是外觀上是有臂肌、小腿肌和上腹肌的
過了這麼多年,因為過得太幸福了 我肥了 肥得很糟XD
前年底回老家秤體重發現居然是熊熊不得了的71公斤
去年初開始到去年底有稍微注意飲食和稍為運動(都是微量,快樂日子過太久很難改變
糟糕的飲食習慣XDD)
體重回到64左右
最近一個月才開始重視減肥,想說頭都洗一半了
有開始跳健身、做後大腿肌訓練(這一直是我很缺乏的部分,從以前就是)
上禮拜興沖沖買了體脂機
不敢相信 我居然體脂高達43%
我還挺想知道71公斤的時候體脂率多少的...
我目前身高體重153/62~63(體重是睡前起床差異約1.4KG,我量兩次)
好,那我想請教問題是QQ:
1.我是不是測量方式有誤?菇狗了一下有些女孩40%體脂就高達八九十公斤了,
我這樣是怎麼回事?而且同一時段差異很大..有時43,有時39,都是起床後空腹時
這個數字真的有嚇到我,因為我體能自以為還滿強的...QQ
2./版上伏地挺身http://i.imgur.com/9uVDB8b.png這張圖目前我能做到3、4,
(我覺得3比較累耶這樣正常嗎=_=)
想問一般伏地挺身我還沒辦法,是否可以在不做伏地挺身時用別種方式繼續訓練背肌
讓4-一般這個階段提早來?
3.一些訓練腹肌的動作我可以輕鬆做到,我想我上腹四塊麥克(應該)是沒有消失的XD
但我下腹游泳圈不小= =想請求建議除了飲食我會好好控管之外是否有加強的局部訓練QQ
我的問題不是完全減肥的問題所以標題就寫問題不寫減肥了,
對於運動我應該不算怕辛苦吧(大學時可以每天跑15公里以上,啞鈴可用到12磅
大多時候是用7磅)
只是那個恐怖的數字真的有嚇到我...我男友凸一個肚子但是28%!!!超生氣ˋˊ
