台灣的飲食環境,對於要努力增肌或減脂並且常常外食的人,真的會提高難度
便當、自助餐主菜配菜要多油有多油,然後連便利商店的元素表便當,蛋白質含量也少的
很可憐,大約都落在20克
是還滿希望台灣可以有類似Chipotle, 或是Waba Grill的這種連鎖餐廳,東西簡單,至少
食物的營養量可以容易掌控,或者Icon meal這種幫你準備每天飲食的服務,雖然價格…
不過至少付出去的錢是吃到有營養的東西,不要吃越多肌肌越練約小
