練健身之後,越練肌肉量提升,
感覺身體所需的食物越多,
而且越練越久後發現,已經吃比原本更多的食物了,
體重也不會有什麼增加,
需要再更多更大量的食物來餵飽這些肌肉。
以前這樣吃導就累積一堆脂肪了
現在這樣身體卻沒啥增重。
這種感覺蠻可怕的....感覺有點耗損身體
難怪以前看過版上一篇文章說,以演化角度看,
肌肉量太多未必是好事,因為在饑荒時期,會非常的慘。
