「我認為應該練的越巨越好
同時不要失去身體的功能性。」
「舉個例,假設你體重80kg,
而可以做20個引體向上。當你增加了
18公斤的純肌肉你的體態會變得很好。
但是你還可以做幾個引體向上?你還能
做20個嗎? 還是你只能做12個了。
如果答案是12個,那你就在退步。」
「當你變巨時,相對於你的體重你應該
要變的更強壯。力量相對於體重的比應該
至少要維持增重前的標準,很多人
迷失在這裡,失去了身體的功能性。」

一個巨巨(其實也還好,普通巨)
連1下引體向上都拉不上去
今天看到RP的影片
覺得頗有感
練健力的除外
有人也覺得RP講的頗有道理嗎?
