smolov課表建議多久跑一次較佳? - 健身

各位巨根好
小弟最近剛跑完臥推的smolov 課表
最大重量如預期一般提升了十公斤
(90到100)
其實在跑的過程當中不會覺得特別累
不會像一些前輩說累到睡不著什麼的
當然也可能是每個人體質不同
而且每次跑完課表都感覺遊刃有餘
很想再操個幾組但當然還是忍住了
但到這裡就不禁心想這個課表到底可以依照怎樣的頻率來跑?
如果我每兩個月跑一次有譜嗎?
還是這樣會造成肌肉太疲勞?
可是我在跑的時候又不太覺得疲勞……
想問有經驗的各位大大怎麼安排這種專門提升pr 的課表呢?
