各位巨巨好
小弟最近看到StrongLifts 5x5的介紹好像對力量提升很有效果,於是也想跑跑看,但有
兩個問題想請教
1. 小弟做這些動作的時候都習慣慢慢加重,例如今天臥推要推70kg,我會習慣從空槓、5
0kg、60kg、65kg最後才加到70kg,如果跑這個課表的話是空槓熱身後直接加到今天要做
的重量嗎?
2. 跑完三個5x5課表後還會做其他動作嗎?像是其他練胸的動作或是一些單關節動作
