深蹲、臥推槓線 史密斯 - 健身

大家應該多少都聽過甚至已經在遵守深蹲的其中一個原則
就是槓線在完整的一次上下要在一條垂直於地面的直線上
臥推也有一派注重胸感受度的主張是
並不一定要在最高處往頭頂的方向靠
而是可以在胸下緣的地方直上直下讓槓線與地面垂直增加感受度
但這兩個原則 在使用軌跡固定且垂直地面的史密斯的情況下不就能輕易達成嗎?
這是不是代表如果目標不是走追求大重量的健力路線
在做深蹲和臥推時使用史密斯會比起自由槓來的更有效率 省去細細調整姿勢的時間?
訓練經歷尚淺 若問題過於無知請包涵且指正 感恩
