這幾天在健身房體驗課時量了一次inbody
測出結果體脂肪23%
身高189/86
以為自己差不多20%就很誇張了
教練建議我在課表多一些循環訓練
因為之前並沒有做過類似的訓練
波比跳 啞鈴弓箭步 …之類的
一組做40休息20做完2組後
差點吐出來==
後來回去查了一下原來是tabata
今天又自己在家跟網路上的影片一起做
大約6個動作
做30休息20休息組間就50
做了三組幾乎就癱軟了
這樣算下來一次完整大約18分鐘
這樣的組數是我體力太差嗎?
教練說他學生是一練就一個小時==
如果想上來請教說在家裡自己做循環訓練大概要怎麼安排
