請問一下tdee算式中的運動量要怎麼判斷呢?
網路上查到的算式寫:
沒運動的文書工作者是bmr乘1.2
運動量很大的是bmr乘1.55
不過我運動量有1.55應該可以榮登減脂三大錯覺之一吧
那麼問題在1.3的輕微運動跟1.4的中量運動
其運動量有沒有判斷標準呢?
我雖然一週五練
但每次只練八組而已
目前是想用1.35算
請問各位巨巨覺得妥嗎
