因為膝蓋受傷 我現在沒辦法跑步
只用X BIKE 練習
X BIKE 阻力 八 消耗卡路里 1000
轉速50 速度20
汗也流得很少 跟之前跑步相比
跑步感覺有效多了
之前我跑步 一次跑學校操場 15 K
有沒有版友能分享經驗??
因為我爬文發現 X BIKE的表好像是歡樂錶 不準
我剛剛跑完步回來 發現腳還是會痛
不知道何時會好 可以話當然是跑步.....
