X-bike 降體脂肪 - 健身

小弟身材BMI是在標準範圍內的22
但是體脂肪卻破表到24%...(看旁邊的數據寫30歲以下標準是14%~20%)
而且脂肪都囤積在肚子跟胸..四肢偏細..屁股也不大
所以想請問如果想靠X-BIKE降體脂肪瘦肚子跟胸部的脂肪騎X-BIKE可行性高嗎?
還是需要利用跑步的方式比較有效果?

忘了說..我大腿已經很細了(大腿前段跟小腿中段一樣粗)..
騎X-BIKE會不會把我大腿搞得更細...
