「增重變大隻?」
過完年有些人體重也上升了不少!但可怕的是其中有不少觀念錯誤與意志力薄弱者
乾脆自我安慰說:「先增重,再減脂」!「練健美要變大隻?那就不要怕吃胖!」
我這四十年來不知看過多少這種錯誤的例子!
最後一輩子自我沉溺於只是為了追求一點力量而狂吃的「大隻」(大胖)!

以上似乎是在說'增肌、減脂' '增肌、減脂'....不斷循環是錯誤的,
基本上黃教練一年裡每天都能保持穩定的結實度,
這就是健美裡面掌握高強度訓練才有辦法同時增肌減脂,
反之,無法掌握高強度訓練奧義,就算再怎麼'增肌、減脂'...循環,
有可能只會原地踏步。
基本上'高強度訓練'可不是做很重的重量。
