最近開始運動
已經持續1 3 5了 給自己一個讚 ^^"
可是因為2 4 有做一些簡單重訓的情形
感覺身體的乳酸 還沒釋放掉
今天跑起來覺得有點繃繃的 = =
不曉得要怎樣避免這種情形發生
我已經做很輕鬆的簡單重訓了
再來 小弟體力比較差 也許是自己沒決心嘗試連續跑
我是跑一圈200 又走一圈200
今天有勉強自己 跑一圈200 走一圈200 配跑400 走200 這樣交叉配
可是放眼望去 整個操場 好像只有我這樣跑了= =
大家不是都在走 就是都在跑 然後自己 跑一跑的呼吸聲超大聲
跑的動作又很拙 整個很顯眼= =
不曉得這樣跑會很奇怪嗎//
