各位版大好,小弟個人非常討厭慢跑,總覺得很無聊QQ,每次逼自己去跑都有一種想要趕
快跑完半小時趕快回家的心態,運動起來也不開心
由於從小愛打籃球,但爬文發現一般的鬥牛算是無氧,所以最近採用自己一人去練球的方
式,動作有全場來回上籃、投球撿球、一些衝刺的切入動作,由於是自己一個人所以全程
也不會停下來,這樣最少都可以維持四十分鐘
這樣的方式我能當作有氧運動持續進行嗎?
