之前有購入了,中華營養網的 增重乳清
品名:低乳糖低脂白色麥牙增重蛋白
成份:每100公克 蛋白質60g 脂肪2g 碳水化合物34g 乳糖2g 鈉99mg
鈣384mg 熱量387大卡
精華區有說 普通人最好每日蛋白質攝取量為 0.8克/每公斤
所以我是 51kgx0.8=40.8g 每日正常應攝入40.8g的蛋白質!
但是之前照上面的公式喝(分3次)乳清,腰有一點不適,感覺酸酸的!
所以為了解低腎的負擔我增重乳清一天只吃27g的蛋白質
吃法為
早餐後 泡一杯 15g 乳清 x0.6 =9g 的蛋白質
中餐後 泡一杯 15g 乳清 x0.6 =9g 的蛋白質
晚餐後 泡一杯 15g 乳清 x0.6 =9g 的蛋白質
結果還是有腰酸的現象!
當天正餐都沒吃肉,所以總共只吃了27g的蛋白質,這樣也腰酸!
早上起床尿尿沒有泡泡,而且我有喝蠻多的水!
奇怪的是我有時大魚大肉的吃,吃的蛋白質肯定比27g還多,但是不會腰酸!
反而喝增重乳清腰左後面會有不適,酸酸的!!
真的太奇怪了!! 害我那包有點不敢喝了!!
