這是張膝蓋正面圖 下面介紹常見訓練相關疼痛
請對照描述部分與號碼服用
1號:股四頭肌肌腱炎(Qudriceps Tendinitis)
膝蓋骨上方疼痛 疼痛動作為膝伸直
常見於股四頭肌力不足 造成的肌腱損傷
可能受傷動作:膝伸直機(leg extension),深蹲(Squat)
簡單測試方法:從椅子上起立的起始瞬間疼痛
3號:髕骨肌腱炎(Patella Tendinitis)
膝蓋骨下方疼痛 疼痛動作為膝伸直
基本上跟一號大致相同 差異只在疼痛位置
這邊要注意如果是四號位置 脛骨粗隆(tibia tuberosity)疼痛
建議就醫檢查 特別是18歲以前的小朋友
6號:鵝掌肌腱炎(Pes anserinus tendinitis)或滑囊炎(bursitis)
膝蓋內側疼痛 疼痛動作為膝彎曲
常見於內外肌力不平衡以及跑步族群
可能會有肌腱炎或是滑囊炎兩種差異
滑囊炎會痛到爆炸 一定會伴隨腫脹
簡單檢查方式:1.輕壓此區 痛到不能碰請儘速就醫
2.膝蓋施力後勾疼痛
8號:髂脛束摩擦症候群ITBS
膝蓋外側疼痛 可能會沿著紅線疼痛 疼痛動作為反覆膝彎曲/伸直
常見於臀肌無力造成的股骨不正常內轉代償
簡單檢查方法:反覆深蹲疼痛誘發測試
延遲性肌肉酸痛
全部區域都有可能 但是一定是在肌肉本體上
而且一定要延遲產生 撕裂感明顯

3.痛超過一個禮拜都沒減輕 請看醫生
4.我覺得心裡過不去不看會死 請看醫生
一般的受傷一週之內疼痛就會減輕
給予適當的休息比什麼都重要
膝蓋會痛你還殘忍的一直操它 以後就換它殘忍的操你了!
