去某健身房超過一季了
幾乎每天都去
因為我怕中風或心機梗塞
但因為前三週在美國出差
所以缺席三週
回來後
一樣同個時間去
但
我發現
熟面孔少好多人喔
好像換了一批人一樣
健身房變好陌生
原來大家毅力都很差XD
毅力真的很難維持
