大家好,有件事情想請教大家
運動:鄭x燕有氧運動 50分鐘+10分鐘跑步
頻率:一週至少運動4次,每次1小時
前陣子有吃比較好,有發現開始變胖,但是運動還是有持續(一週至少運動4次,每次1小
時。)開始調整飲食,持續運動。不知道為什麼的還是胖,並沒有瘦下來。於是上網查了:
為什麼一直做相同運動,減肥的效果會變差?
你的身體會習慣同樣的運動。它會自動選擇最節省力氣的方式來進行運動,所以要更換訓

請問:
1.相同運動一直持續做,真的無法達到減肥效果嗎?運動不就是消耗熱量就能達到減重!?
2.若相同運動一直做,無法達到減重效果,那職業運動員相同運動一直做,怎麼沒變胖!?
