小弟受不了一週練三天的苦又剛好面臨換健身房之際所以把菜單拆成四天啦
這是剛剛寫出來的新菜單 希望版上先進給點指教看有沒有缺失或不好的地方

不好意思禮拜一寫完才發現比較okay的排版
每一個動作每一個set的組合都有按照我的順序
禮拜五字寫太大
最後的順序是
坐姿彎舉(8-12reps)完直接接站姿hammer curl(力竭)算一組做5組
集中彎舉
最後做硬舉
各位版上先進看完就請鞭吧~
