深蹲與彈跳問題 - 健身

各位板有大家好
我今年19歲平常運動主要是打籃球希望能夠跳的高一點跑的快一點
所以有在練深蹲我練了大概快三個月從蹲60左右到現在蹲倒90公斤
可是感覺我練玩後好像也沒有跳比較高跑比較快
有人蹲不倒70就比我蹲倒90還跳的高
請問是為什麼呢??
有人說可能是我身體協調性不好
協調性不好真的會影響到嗎??會的話協調性要怎麼練呢
