一週一循環 - 健身

大家好
小弟初次發文如有不妥之處請多見諒
小弟是個剛接觸重訓沒多久的新手,
爬過的文大概都是說大肌群訓練量足夠的情況下大約需要休息2~3天。
那想請問一下各位一週一循環的情況下肌肉增長的速度會很慢或是完全沒用嗎?(比如說星期一練胸下一次練就是下星期一了這樣)
因為小弟目前的新工作時間長短不是很固定但又想兩方面都兼顧所以有此疑問。
