我平常工作關係不是可以很固定做有氧或重訓
但假日都會做重訓
六-練胸
日-練背
ㄧ-練腿
常常因為練完腿會酸痛快一週,真的無法慢跑做有氧
另外想問~~如果練完胸或背的時候適合接飛輪課程嗎?
有人說~~重訓完接有氧,減脂效果事半功倍
但也有人說~~重訓完不能做太多有氧,會燃燒剛剛練的肌肉
