小弟練了約七個月
到現在胖了7公斤(66-》73)
幾乎每天練(蛋白保持兩倍體重)
菜單為 胸背腿肩 循環 (不有氧)
雖然越來越巨,但褲子也越來越緊
再不減脂,我就要買褲子了…
看到有人分享 減脂菜單為
胸 腿 背 腿 肩 腿
一週練3次腿
一週痛苦3次,請問這樣是不是對減脂最有效的訓練菜單?
(我真的不愛做有氧…)
