最近兩個月心肺突然變差 - 健身

各位好
我以前心肺還算可以 但是這一兩個月越練心肺功能越差
爬個樓梯都喘,讓我百思不得其解
有google了一些關鍵詞如心肺功能下降、無氧運動與心肺之間的關聯等
但是都找不太出原因
在去看醫生前先來問問看板上有沒有人有類似困擾@@
菜單:
完全沒做有氧
6 repetitions per set.
3-4 minutes between each set.
周一 啞鈴推3 臥推*3 (Dip*3) 小腿*3
周二 Deadlift*3 Barbell Row*3 pull up*3 腹肌*3
周三 軍推*3w 側肩*3 後肩*3 小腿*3
周四 二頭槓彎*3 窄推*3 二頭啞鈴*3 坐三頭推*3
周五 槓鈴蹲*3 壓腿*3 羅馬硬舉*3 小腿*3
三餐:
白飯+干貝醬 雞胸肉 乳清 全麥吐司 柳丁
一日2000大卡左右 蛋白質攝取量約100
本身體重56kg 體脂約12
