一開始怎麼控制食慾? - 健身

現在每個禮拜最少三天會快走
1小時到2小時的路
但是發現無論怎樣食慾部份就是無法克制 冏
不吃零食 主餐吃很飽
也是很快就又餓了
少量多餐 無法真的只吃少量
因為一直沒有飽足感
現在體重是少了一公斤 (從上次PO文到現在)
但是好怕一吃飽就又不見了
現在MC要來不來的,整個食慾更要爆走
怎麼辦 ><
另外想問說我全身最胖的地方居然是我的胃...
胃已經凸到跟胸部差不多了
有人是跟我一樣胖這個部份的嗎?
而且壓下去超級硬 ...
