最近晚上想去學跆拳道,一方面我對跆拳道有興趣,我是一位27歲的男生
另一方面我也想藉此機會來減重,我是屬於腰部肥胖跟大腿肥壯的人,我聽說練跆拳道
是很好減重方式,但我擔心的是大腿會不會變的很像大隻老,我希望是能把腿圍縮小
有關這問題還請高手不吝指教
