三個月無解爆肥 - 健身

從七月開始就準備考是到現在
一天二十四小時
有八個小時應該都坐著吧....
三個月以來,每天早上都會喝咖啡
好市多親愛的白咖啡加糖的
本來是50→52
然後有一陣子又變成51
有天起來量體重突然變成54了!!!!!!!!!!!
順便崩潰心情不好
念書也念得很沮喪....
變成五十四已經是現在的事情了
不想在肥下去
這兩天有開始跑步
但是我一直不懂我到底爆肥在哪個點?
我很少吃炸物
不吃宵夜
晚餐都會六點前吃完
飲料有在喝但是很少
會因為是咖啡嗎?
