講道三角肌的前中後束纖維,我就想到
我修我們學校解剖學老師開的體適能課時
有一次上課時叫我帶熱身操~~
當我一邊帶~~一邊講解到伸展肩部肌群時~~
說到後三角肌時~~
老師叫我停了下來~~說到~~沒有所謂後三角肌~~~只有一塊三角肌~
而我回答~~三角肌後束纖維~~
她則回答~~一樣~~就是單一一塊三角肌~~
而說到訓練動作時的ROM~~~
以bench press為例~~~她則是認為
離心收縮時~~~下放到手肘90度就好`~
向心收縮也是~~切忌肘關節打死
這點到是跟AFAA等養成課程教法一樣~~
其中她提到一個觀點~~
當重訓時,
動作如果太大的話~~
不如動作維持一定的角度~~
讓肌肉持續的收縮~~~這樣對肌肉的訓練量會更大~~
