早中晚各吃一個便當好了
熱量大概都是落在500~800卡之間
我會稍微看一下營養標示
基本上就是蛋白質比脂肪多的便當都可以拿

吃不飽就吃雞胸肉

一天吃兩片都還好都是蛋白質
