這次不是親眼看到
還是看到朋友開心的po IG
他一個禮拜上一次健身房
花兩個小時鍛鍊全部肌群
光這我就很難理解
照片上面拍著機器90kg
1分鐘100下小腿推舉好累哦
我是買器材在家自己練
所以沒接觸過哪臺機器
想請問那到底是什麼概念
這樣機器不會壞掉嘛 1分鐘100下
很想跟他說些什麼
給他看了些館長影片
但他還是很樂在其中
該放生他嗎
