深蹲時站姿 - 健身

小弟今天在健身房深蹲時,有位巨巨好心過來指導我,腳不用站那麼開(肩寬就好),
然後腳掌的方向也不用那麼向外(小於45度),然後也示範了幾次蹲給我看,
不過自己照著這樣做蹲起有點卡卡的,不是很順且有時會有點內八...
上網找了一下發現有兩種講法,

一個是偏向腳站開點,你的腳掌方向就不用那麼向外才能保持腿開跟腳掌同向
站近一點就腳掌就能開一點。
而另一個影片是說,腳可以看開點,腳掌也可以向外點,蹲的下去最重要~
小弟原本蹲法是比較偏向影片二,站開點腳掌向外,
且腳掌向外能更強迫腿打開不內八,
可是這樣站開點又跟第一個影片提到的腳掌不該向外太多矛盾...
不知道各位巨巨對站姿有甚麼看法~~
