上班族只重訓有辦法減脂嗎 - 健身

大家好 小弟是每天坐在辦公室的廢物上班族
因為肚子越來越大 體重數字也越來越可怕
所以下定決心去了世界健身房開始重訓之路
起初只想做有氧 跑跑步或是踩踩腳踏車
但後來聽了教練的建議就開始重訓了
練法大概就是推拉腿
基本上就是臥推 硬舉 深蹲三個項目為主
中間隔一天 想說一天重訓一天有氧
可是重訓完隔天身體都很累
有時候一整天上完班下來根本很沒動力
不曉得如果只重訓然後正常飲食
這樣有辦法成功減脂嗎
