減重不需要喝高蛋白乳清
增重可以喝,減重真的不需要
只看熱量,不看食材內容是非常危險的一件事!
所有高能量飲品都非常危險,包括高糖飲料、果汁、鮮奶、乳清、防彈咖啡之類的
高糖、高蛋白的飲品,大量飲用 會很快的增加血糖與胰島素濃度
只要迅速讓身體吸收,進入血循環的高能量食物都是非常危險的
觀念要有!
而高脂肪類的飲品則是對胰島素影響不大,但餐後三酸甘油脂的濃度上升,
增加炎症反應,也是不太好。
至於吃多吃少的問題,不是由基代、tdee-300決定
那只是一個理論值,真正要回到食慾回饋系統
