上班族該如何有效的跑步減肥? - 減肥

三餐內容
早餐:2份水果(棗子/蓮霧/橘子)+餅乾
午餐:平常只簡單吃三明治+2份水果/有拜訪客戶時就吃簡餐
晚餐:主要是吃一大把青菜+一點肉+水果/飯吃很少,家裡煮麵的話會稍微多吃一點
說明:早上起來胃口都不是很好,所以喜歡吃有水份的水果。
餅乾是餓的時候隨時拿來補充。下午上班怕想睡覺,所以中午也吃不多。
日常生活作息:9-18上班 23-7睡眠時間
生活型態:上班族
運動習慣:每天慢跑。每天跑5km以上。今天跑9km/55mins。心跳數約130左右。
我的問題:
1) 下班後才有時間運動,所以下班回家後運動完洗完澡已經8點半左右。
再吃晚飯水果…等,睡覺前身體似乎無法消化完畢,
有什麼好方法可以解決這個問題?
2) 為了保持充足的睡眠,23時會上床。但運動後,會一直翻來翻去。
精神特好。該怎麼辦?
3) 跑完腳會痠是當然,可是我竟然連腰都會有刺痛感,是正常嗎?
4) 跑前3km時,會飆汗。但是3km後,就開始沒有什麼汗了。
心跳感覺也很平穩,呼吸也還可以控制,只有腳和腰痠的感覺而已。
感覺沒啥運動到的感覺,這樣正常嗎?
5) 目前是希望體脂肪可以下降,請問跑步對下半身瘦身有幫助嗎?
