小弟胸肌屬於大弱點的那種 其中又以上胸最差 所以最近幾次都把斜板握推
當第一組動作訓練 問題來了 自從上胸當第一組練後 那種的隔天的酸痛感
就消失了 Q___Q 讓我很苦惱 該以追求大刺激為主 還是以上胸好看為第一
優先呢??
