下樓梯時膝蓋不太舒服? - 健身

大家好
我慢跑有一段時間了
大部分都維持4km/30mins以內
(很慢,雖然希望速度上可以進步,但是事實上也沒辦法加快 XD)
慢跑前,都會先拉筋下腰 做些簡單的伸展運動
跑完後也會再做重覆的伸展運動
一直以來,除了少部分時候慢跑時 胃部會有些不適外 都沒什麼狀況,
但是上禮拜去爬山後 回來後全身痠痛 尤其是小腿
休息三天左右,身體其它地方的痠痛感已大致OK
但是現在讓我很困擾的地方是...沒辦法正常下樓梯!
上樓梯膝蓋有點感覺,但是我自己覺得還好,
可是只要是下樓,膝蓋和小腿筋的部分就會很不舒服,
若勉強直接正面下樓,會有點痛,但是如果側身慢慢下樓,不適感稍可緩解,
想請問:我是不是膝蓋受傷了? 還是只是休息的不夠久?
對了,爬完山的第四、五天,我還是有去pu跑道的操場跑步,
速度和圈數都維持平常的狀況,雖然小腿筋有些痠痛(跟平日比起來),
但是慢跑也沒什麼問題,可能因為我已經跑習慣了
不過現在下樓梯就沒有這麼容易,也比以前不耐久站和久走,
我這樣還可以繼續去跑步嗎? 還是需要再繼續休息?
還是,,,,,我應該去看醫生了??? >"<
