我的下背之前車禍受傷,導致目前會疼痛,休養到現在還是會有隱隱約約的痛感
請問我目前這樣的狀況,我是不要做背部和下背部位的重訓呢??怕會做了會加劇傷勢呢?
還是說可以繼續做重訓,只是把重量減輕呢??這樣反而對傷勢復原有幫助??
請問可以給我一點建議嗎???
