最近這兩天連續晚上打籃球
隔天早上又晨泳
結果今天早上很明顯腰桿挺不起來
游泳的時候覺得右腰痛 下背有點麻
右腰在國中打籃球有受過傷
後來右腳踝就常常扭傷 右膝蓋(臏骨移位)也在大學開了刀
中醫師看過也說我下背比較無力
剛才爬了一下文
發現下背痛可以利用抗力球訓練核心來改善疼痛 加強核心肌群
貓大也有推文提供youtube上的抗力球影片
請問版上目前有使用抗力球的達人嗎?
能否分享一下心得
