假如一個原本有在做重訓跟有氧的人
後來都沒做了
飲食跟之前一樣 但偶爾會做些休閒運動
身材走樣會不會比沒有做這些的人誇張許多
就像阿諾 跟 馬九的那些照片
肉下垂的很嚴重..
