吃了2貢丸炒A菜,油度還好;吃了3貢丸魯肉.....etc...
早餐:自製果汁(1/2顆蘋果,1/2顆奇異果,1/2條小黃瓜,1/8胡蘿蔔,1/2香蕉)共500ML
或是自製土司(半條土司使用25g奶油共八片)*2片夾蛋
有時比較餓會同時有果汁也有土司XD
午餐:這就是我最苦腦的點了,我的工作一定要吃日本料理當午餐,一週要吃五天。

有時比較誇張就會變成http://ppt.cc/vHyN,或是無菜單料理(約12-16道)
都會附上味增湯,有時候還會有毛豆之類的小菜,吃比較好時會附甜點 囧
晚餐:可自行下廚,目前想法為做一鍋喜歡的節令蔬菜湯(除少量鹽外不調味)
加上2-3片肉片,再加一碗生重為80G的白飯一起吃。
其他:不喝飲料,有時會偷吃餅乾。
日常作息時間:(睡眠、工作、...等時間)
1230-0800--睡
0900-1800--工作

運動習慣:
一到五上班日下午如時間有配合得當,會上一堂瑜珈(約莫一週一次)
先前有每週跑五天每次跑5K的習慣,因先前忙婚事所以停好久了orz
打算恢復為每週跑四天(1245)
週末會找一天去健身房(跑30分加上重訓室自行操作1hr)
我的問題:
主要是在於飲食菜單不知道怎麼搭配比較好。
因為午餐感覺蛋白質和熱量都會超標..
但又覺得是不是應該每餐都要有蛋白質蔬菜及澱粉?
