不會胖但可以填飽肚子的食物? - 減肥

大家好
我目前控制飲食 減肥中
早餐 地瓜+茶葉蛋 (麵包戒了)
中餐 鍋燒冬粉(幾顆火鍋料 荷包蛋 青菜)
晚餐 便當(菜有吃完,但只吃半碗飯)
油炸都戒了 麥當勞 肯德基都不吃
目前有瘦了一些
以上是待業時的三餐
現在我週一要開始上班了
中餐 公司會叫外送 應該是便當 我打算飯吃一半
可是我擔心下午三、四點會肚子餓
以前我會準備麵包 可是麵包是澱粉 我擔心吃了會胖
想請教大家 有沒有不會胖 但是可以填飽肚子的食物 ?
請大家給我點建議 謝謝
