不用用到腳踝的運動? - 健身

原先運動習慣為跑步,每週四天/6~8k
上個月跑步仆街腳踝嚴重扭傷,醫生建議半年不要跑步,
但六週後可以嘗試運動 (但也建議先不要單車、游泳QQ )
已經一個月沒流汗我實在難受……
目前狀況
能正常走路但不能多不能快 (逛完週年慶會痛四天)
下樓梯會痛、上樓梯還好
以前只會跑步,
這次老天爺給我機會練習跑步以外的運動....
目前想到可以做的運動是仰臥起坐、扶地挺身、去健身房 (但暖身怎麼辦?___?)
盼鄉民集思,讓掰咖的我能動動,我快從小豬變母豬了~~ Orz
PS. 我有瑜珈墊*1跟五磅啞鈴*1
